Message to you:

Welcome! I am so glad you are taking time to look after yourself. Whether you are in a place of unease, need support in the areas of grief and loss, illness, or are looking for ways to grow, I can help.

I respectfully acknowledge that I am located on Treaty 6 territory in Edmonton, Alberta, a traditional gathering place for diverse Indigenous peoples including the Cree, Blackfoot, Metis, Nakota Sioux, Iroquois, Dene, Ojibway/Saulteaux/Anishinaabe, Inuit, and many others whose histories, languages, and cultures continue to influence our vibrant community.

Change permeates our every pore and there are so many ways we can harness change rather than resisting it.  As a nurse, coach and psychologist, my focus is on the biological, physical, social and spiritual dimensions of our lives. I believe that all aspects of who we are weave into ever-changing tapestries. You can not change your thoughts without changing your body and beliefs - you change as a whole person in the context of your community and the wider environment.

How can I help you?
