Jared Hairston
Jared Hairston, also known as Chef Jay, is a culinary maestro born and raised in Delaware. With roots embedded in his grandmother’s kitchen, Chef Jay’s journey led him through culinary studies at St. George’s Vo Tech, culminating in an associate’s degree. From his beginnings at Crabby Dicks Delaware City to becoming an Executive Chef, Chef Jay’s specialties include Soul Food, Caribbean, and French cuisine, with his standout dish being the exquisite Salmon Curry. His culinary finesse continues to leave a lasting imprint on the Delaware culinary scene.

rich and creamy made with sherry, topped with succulent lobster, served with toasted croutons

3. Winter Citrus Salad paired with Conte Priola Pinot Grigio

mixed greens with blood oranges, grapefruit, red onion, cara cara oranges, mint accompanied with a citrus dressing

braised lamb chops on sour cream and chive redskin mashed potatoes, and roasted winter vegetable medley, topped with a red wine sauce

5. Chocolate Souffle Brownie Paired with Forbidden Kiss Sweet Red Sparkling

(Chocolate Souffle Brownie al a mode) soft and chocolaty souffle served with vanilla gelato and a beautiful raspberry sauce
