At The Pelvic Health Clinic, our team of providers believe you are as integral to your healing process as we are. We believe you are your own best health advocate. We consider our relationship a partnership rather than a ‘we say, and you do’. Our goal is to partner with you to resolve your concerns and equip you to manage your health beyond our work together.

“The Pelvic Health Clinic has been a life changer for me. Dr. Fiacco has been able to help me with the chronic pain I've had for years, since the birth of my twins. She was able to quickly diagnose what numerous doctors and tests had been unable to for years. Dr. Fiacco is very gentle and patient and has so many ideas for different exercises or routines to continue your therapy at home, between sessions. She will find the root cause of your issue and figure out the best treatment to help you. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment.” Received from a patient Sept 2022

Our treatment may incorporate any or all of the following:

Therapeutic Somatic Processing™

A healing process that recognizes many patterns of pain are multifaceted and can stem from causes other than injury or disease. We address these pain patterns through a process that recognizes the body as a key source of information about your restrictions or pain.

Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Utilizing expertise in anatomy, movement, and manual therapy skills, we use a trauma-informed approach to care to address common pelvic concerns or pain. We strive to do this while considering all concerns from a holistic lens which includes determining if patterns of sleep, diet, relationships, stress, or other life factors impact your concern.

Sexual Health

Pelvic concerns often coincide with matters related to sexual libido, desire, or intimacy. They relate to one another such that they each require individual attention, but in an integrated manner. We utilize our expertise surrounding sexual wellness to accomplish this.

What to Expect

We value treating each person uniquely, therefore appointments are always individualized. Sometimes there may be a physical exam, sometimes a session where we are just talking. Either way, your provider will always include you in the plan of care, and want to hear your opinion on what feels in your best interests.

Clinic Service Pricing
