Printed Circuit Boards
Our engineering team has extensive experience in SMT chip pick and place, solder reflow, and in-line testing. Our capability entails design, prototyping, component population, pcb assembly (conventional and surface mount technology), panel wiring, pin through-hole assembly, selective wave soldering, complete box building, inspection and testing, and storage and distribution.
The battery provides the voltage to the circuit. Power supply circuits are critical components in all electrical systems. They not only supply power but must also do so without degrading system performance with noise and/or sagging supply voltages, which is why the layout of the printed-circuit board (PCB) is extremely important.
Resistors control the electric current as it passes through them. They’re colour coded to determine their value and are thick-film elements designed to be printed on a wide range of substrates. These range from ceramic to most PCB materials allowing the elimination of resistor, jumper wire, gold on contacts, silver-conductive ink, electro-mechanical switches, insertion problems and associated costs.
Light emitting diode (LED). LEDs light up when current flows through them, and will only allow current to flow in one direction. The LED is soldered to the circuit board and features a chip that produces the light when electrically connected. LED pcb boards aren't standard products. The transistor is like an electronic switch. It can turn a current on and off. A simple way you can think of it is to look at the transistor as a relay without any moving parts. It is similar to a relay in the sense that you can use it to turn something ON and OFF. Transistors also amplify charge.
Capacitators are components which can harbour electrical charge. It is one of the most recognisable and important electronic components, and a part of nearly every electronic device.
An inductor, also called a coil, choke or reactor, is a passive two-terminal electrical component that stores electrical energy in a magnetic field when electric current flows through it. It typically consists of an insulated wire wound into a coil around a core. Its job is to store charge and stop changes in current. Diode allows current to pass in one direction only, blocking the other, and switches either allow current or block it depending whether they're open or closed.
