As a freelance reviewer and essayist, a retired librarian and bookseller, and   co-founder of the bookstore at Page's Resort & Marina, she cherishes the title  Friend of the Muse  given her by poet and friend Joe Rosenblatt.    Another friend, artist Robert Amos made this pen & ink sketch of Page's.

She lives on Gabriola Island, where she continues to interfere in the life of her community.
