I have long been promising a fleet update for Plymouth Citybus but at last have had a bit of time to update my own records so will start going through the fleet a batch at a time. As always this is not an official list so please let me know if you spot any errors or disagree with my listings!

More arrivals for Citybus

As promised more buses transferred to Plymouth Citybus have arrived at Milehouse.

The first 3 Enviro 40H double deckers from City of Oxford have now arrived.

It remains to be seen what fleet numbers get allocated. I would guess they will follow on from 4001 – 4014 but then I thought that for the 4 that eventually became 539-542!

53 has a day out

Plymouth Citybus 53 M53HOD on first glance a standard Citybus Dennis Dart but in fact one of three Volvo B6 with Plaxton Pointer bodywork.

Seen here on a day out and about in Plymouth over the weekend thanks to Ian Byrne for the photos. Always nice to see these older buses out and about!

Getting ready

The first of the recently acquired Enviro 200’s from Go North West has been repainted and is seen here at Milehouse awaiting the finishing touches. Thanks to Jason Beverley for the photo
