It so happened one day on a cold winter evening, a father of a poor child having cerebral palsy, unable to bear the pain of his child took a drastic decision to end the child’s life by throwing the child into the mighty River Brahmaputra as he told that the society use to blame him for having disable child. At that moment a lady, who was giving counselling to the family, when heard about it was shocked at the news. At that moment she took a resolution that in future such type of sad happening should not take place in civilized society.
