Who I am

My name is Jeff Alexander and I have been building guitar amps for 30 years. I build "Homemade" amps, my own design and sound. I make one amp at a time. All of the amps I build are one offs. You can e-mail me and we can talk about an amp for you or any questions you may have.

I chose the name Public because that was the name of my father's T.V. repair shop, where as a youngster I would sort and test tubes for him.

I got interested in guitar amps when I was shopping for one for myself.
