Mr Schwartz organized and executed every aspect of beverage service at the pre-schools annual fundraiser for scholarships to neighborhood children. Lending service and event expertise, he coordinating with event chairs and location management beginning with site selection and provided permitting and insurance, securing product donations and purchasing, staffing and logistics overseeing the event featuring specialty cocktails to feature donated products.
