My Story

You are probably not really wondering “who is Bill Ham” but more “can he teach me to be successful in real estate?”.

In 2005, I walked away from a pretty lucrative career as a corporate pilot. (Trust me, I’m not crazy)

I quit my job as a corporate pilot and went full time into real estate investing after I bought my first deal. A duplex.

Those two units were cash flowing about $300 a month (if nothing broke). I had life savings of $10,000.

From there I built a large portfolio of single and multifamily rental properties.

In 2009 I built a management company with 16 employees at its peak and my portfolio was vertically integrated from that point on.

I have had major successes and major failures in my career. I am open about all of it. Since 2005 I have been through all the market cycles and have been successful in each.

For more than a decade, I have taught hundreds of students just like yourself to become successful in real estate.

It is my real-life experiences in the apartment industry that I use to teach you with. As you grow in the business, I will be there with those years of experience to guide you every step of the way.

I do not tell you this to impress you, but to impress upon you, that I have the experience and the proven curriculum to be able to teach YOU how to reach YOUR goals in real estate.
