The Treehouse is a 40,000 sq. ft. professional facility of rehearsing studios, Studio Suites, Film Stage and Recording Studios located between Diversey and Fullerton on Chicago's northwest side. Featuring a wide variety of spaces, bands, artists, producers and orchestras of any size can comfortably be accommodated.
The Treehouse was designed to be a place where comfort meets professionalism in an effort to create an atmosphere that is both inspiring and effective giving you the opportunity to perform to the best of your abilities.
Studio A
Studio A is lead by head engineer Barrett Guzaldo. A is equipped with a wide variety of both new, vintage, analog and digital equipment. Choose which live room fits your project best. Utilize our 4500 s/f sound stage for large orchestras or our 500 s/f traditional studio live room.

Studio A is available for hourly recording & rehearsing.
Rehearsal Spaces
Treehouse is proud to offer over 80 rehearsal spaces which are clean, well lit, with central HVAC and plenty of power for your equipment. All spaces are accessible 24/7 by an app based smart lock system and are under constant security monitoring. Common areas provide comfortable seating, kitchenettes and free WiFi. Restrooms are cleaned and maintained weekly. HOURLY RENTALS are now available in our Studio A space.

Studio Suites
Studio Suites are private, luxury spaces complete with control room, isolation booth and live room. All suites include central HVAC, wood floors, 1st floor access and common areas.
Located on site at Treehouse, these spaces have a private 24/7 entry via an app-based system.

The Stage
Introducing the Stage. Located on site at Treehouse Records, the stage is a 3700 square foot multi-use space. Clean and Clear 16' ceiling spans offer unlimited opportunities to create your next project. A La Carte rentals offered on site via Orion Lighting.

Proudly located inside Treehouse Records, The Chicago Electric Piano Co. specializes in restoration and repair services for Rhodes, Wurlitzer, and Clavinet pianos in addition to an array of lesser known electro-mechanical musical instruments. We also have extensive experience servicing Farfisa, Vox, Gibson/Kalamazoo and other vintage Combo Organs.
