Holding the heart of another is an honor.

Engaging with individuals and families to improve the quality of their life through the field of mental health has been paradoxically a rewarding, yet humbling vocation. It is an honor to hold someone’s heart in the therapeutic milieu and this is always at the forefront of my ideation and presentation throughout sessions. Learning never stops for me—professionally and personally, because providing clients with effective, heart-centered techniques is paramount to a healthy, result-producing therapeutic experience for the client.  Working with individuals who are seeking to improve their mental health, attain life skills, emotional coping skills, to include improving their internal dialog, as well as communication skills at work, with peers/friends and family will find that I can offer them many tools from which to choose from to enhance their skillsets.
