What is RIMS?
RIMS is a regional cooperative for K-12 educational services through Riverside, Inyo, Mono, and San Bernardino: four Southern California counties with a partnership to support quality education. The four counties of RIMS developed this partnership so that resources can be stretched farther, enabling each county to serve its teachers and students more effectively.
