We have started the new mobile check-in process. Please sure and complete the pre-registration process once you receive it. **Once you click on the link you must complete in one setting. If you do not then it will time out on you.**
We are in the process of making a few changes in the office to help patient care flow better. First and foremost are our phone calls. At any given time during regular business hours, our phone may be forwarded to voicemail. We ask that you please leave a message and a staff member will return your call as soon as possible.
Portal:
Using the patient portal you may request appointments, refill medication (allow 72 hr turnaround) and send brief messages to office staff. We can then reply back to you or refill your medication in a much more productive manner.
