Awareness Meet was held on Organ Donation at CPMS College of Nursing(affiliated with SSU of HS) Bonda,Kamrup(M) and Narayana Superspeciality hospital by Transplant Coordinator ROTTO, Guwahati, Ms. Chayanika Devi
"Cyclothon"was held on 16th February, 2019 from Gauhati Medical College Hospital Auditorium covering 25 kilometer roadway organised by Junior Doctor Association of Gauhati Medical College hospital in collaboration with Regional Organ & Tissue Transplant Organisation to create awareness among the people regarding Deceased Organ Donation in our society.

Regional Organ and Tissue Transplant Organisation (ROTTO) is a Regional Level Organisation set up in Gauhati Medical College and Hospital under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India. ROTTO would function as a main centre in North East India under NOTTO (National Organ and Tissue Transplant Organisation) for activities of coordination and networking for procurement, distribution and transplantation of organs and tissues.
