We do not use a call center or answering service

Hourly Rate List

Standard Hourly Rates for Services

Here is the list of our fees or charges to support the repair of your RV, with full description for the costs

Service Call Fee Prepayment

$100-$200 Flat Fee

Prepayment of the Service Call Fee ($100) is typically required for all new customers yet may be waived by the Owner for certain repeat customers. This fee solely covers the costs for the technician to travel to and from your location and return (fuel costs, wear and tear on vehicle, nominal pay for drive time, etc.)

First Hour of Labor Prepayment

$200-$250 per hour

Covers the first hour of labor on site after mobilizing to customer's location (through Service Call Fee). We are typically able to review the customer's concern, attempt to diagnose the root cause and in many cases may be able to remedy the issue within the first hour.

We offer a 10% discount on our standard labor rate for active duty military, veterans, first-responsers, teachers, and nurses, out of respect for their service to their community or our country.

Labor Rate Beyond First Hour

$180.00 per hour

Any additional labor expended on site will be payable at the completion of the service call. We collect for our labor each day to ensure that as a small family operated business we do not have to manage accounts receivables and for the customer to not amass a larger bill than their budget may allow. Customer may pay by credit or debit card, or in cash.

Typical Hourly Rates for Warranty Work

This work will only be performed with the advance approval of the Manufacturer or Extended Warranty Services Provider. Typically the Owner pays the direct labor costs and the Manufacturer reimburses the Owner for the work performed. On select cases we may agree to work directly for the Manufacturer or Extended Warranty Service Provider, provided that they agree to our commercial terms and are reasonable in the quantity of "shop time" labor hours and rates allowable for the scope of work.

Hourly Rate to Warranty Provider for One Technician

$180 - $250 per hour

Hourly Rate for Two Technicians (where needed and approved in advance)

$240 - $375 per hour

1. Incoming call from Customer to discuss their repair needs or services, attempt to remedy over the phone if able. We don't charge if we can remedy within 15 minutes.

2. Customer makes prepayment for service call and first hour of labor

3. Mutually agreed service call timing is scheduled

4. Service call conducted
