I Need Your Help to Save Ryan and Faith!
THE LINCOLN COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA, DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES (LCDSS) KIDNAPPED OUR CHILDREN.
Our Family Before the Children Were Kidnapped
The problems all started with a dog bite and a dishonest social worker.
While Ryan (12), Faith (5), and their mother, Amanda Harris, were visiting Amanda’s mother in North Carolina, a vicious Pit Bull attacked Faith and had to be put down. The dog’s owner irrationally blamed Faith’s mother, Amanda.
The dog’s angry owner plotted with the dishonest social worker, and made a false accusation against Amanda. The LCDSS investigated. When the investigation was complete, the LCDSS issued a letter that stated:
“Regarding Ryan and Faith: We have completed the Family Assessment. The following determination has been made: No need for services. Your case will be closed.”
Amanda, who is my stepdaughter, had already sent the children back to our home in California, where we had lived together since Faith was born.
The LCDSS knew the children had returned to California. They took advantage of Amanda’s vulnerability as a single mother, by conspiring to steal her children.
Their first effort was to try to trick a sister agency, the Butte County, California, Department of Social Services (BCDSS). The LCDSS requested the BCDSS to come to my home, take Faith from me, and hold her until a LCDSS social worker could come for her.
BCDSS social workers did come to my home with sheriff’s officers, terrifying the children. However, the BCDSS social workers quickly saw that the LCDSS’s request was phony, based on fraud, and the children were well, safe, and happy in my care. They issued a document confirming my custody, and informed LCDSS they were not taking Faith away from me.
Though frustrated by the BCDSS’s response, the LCDSS did not give up. They filed a false Amber Alert, accusing me of abducting Faith. It was a criminal ploy to get me out of the way so they could kidnap the children.
Based on the Amber Alert lie, I was arrested, handcuffed, and jailed. I was never charged with any crime. I was released the next day.
At the time of my arrest, even though the arresting officer thought it was insane, protocol required him to call a Colusa county social worker to come and get Faith. She was torn, screaming and sobbing, out of my arms. While I was held in jail, Ryan was forcibly and traumatically taken from the home of my brother, who was caring for him, by the same social worker. I was not allowed to see either of them after I was released.
I have been the surrogate father of Ryan and Faith all their lives.
Amanda is a wonderful mother. She works very hard to care for her children. When the LCDSS kidnapped them, it devastated her.

Ryan and Faith are very valuable children on the adoption market.
336 families want to adopt for every I child available. Foster parents get priority. The LCDSS controls foster children and also controls adoptions. 40% of adoptions are from foster homes. The LCDSS operates in secret, is not subject to oversight, and has unlimited power. Big $$ are involved.
LCDSS social workers came to California, got the children, took them to North Carolina, and threw them into LCDSS foster homes to be held for adoption. “Power tends to corrupt. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.”
To rescue Ryan and Faith from the evil control of the LCDSS, I have been forced to file a lawsuit in the U.S District Court for the Eastern District of California. It will be a grueling effort, but it is the only way to save them.
The lawsuit alleges the LCDSS is trafficking our children by stealing them, putting them into foster homes and selling them for adoption, and that we believe the LCDSS has, for years, been getting away with preying on single mothers like Amanda and stealing and trafficking their children.
We should not be forced to protect our children from a child protection service, but we are.
FAITH IS STILL IN A FOSTER HOME, WHERE THE CRIMINALS HAVE KEPT HER FOR OVER 8 MONTHS. THE CRIMINALS WILL NOT LET RYAN RETURN HOME. THEY ARE TOO GREEDY, OR STUPID, OR CORRUPT TO COMPLY WITH THEIR OWN DECISION TERMINATING THEIR INVOLVEMENT WITH THE CHILDREN AFTER FINDING “NO NEED OF SERVICES.” THE CHILDREN ARE WORTH BIG $$$$.
Instead of just returning the children and settling the lawsuit, the LCDSS has retained a giant law firm at $2,500/Hour as defense attorneys. They will use every trick and try to bury me.
The actions of the LCDSS against Faith have been horrific. She was so little she could not understand when the LCDSS cruelly tore her from my arms and threw her into a foster home where the LCDSS admitted she was sexually abused.
Now five, Faith cannot understand why they won’t let her go home to her Papa and her Mommy. There is no explanation except for the fact that the LCDSS has criminal motives. They stole Faith after finding she did not need protective services and now they will not tell us why they are keeping her.
Her mother, Amanda, is constantly depressed. She has done everything the LCDSS has required, jumped through every hoop, and still the LCDSS denies her.
In the foster home where the LCDSS threw Ryan, he was bullied, and other boys in the home urinated on his underwear. The LCDSS has accused him of things he has never done. After being thrown out of court when they accused him of delinquency, they will never tell us who makes the accusations or show us any corroborative evidence. They just make draconian rules that prevent him from living a happy life.
NO MEMBER OF OUR FAMILY HAS EVER BEEN FOUND TO BE UNFIT. NEITHER RYAN NOR FAITH HAS EVER BEEN FOUND TO BE IN DANGER. THE LCDSS IS MAKING THEM SUFFER FOR NO REASON. THE LCDSS HAS TRIED TO FIND SOMETHING WRONG WITH US OR THE CHILDREN AND HAVE FOUND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
WHY ARE THEY HOLDING THEM? BECAUSE THEY CAN.
WATCH “TAKE CARE OF MAYA” ON NETFLIX TO SEE WHAT IS AT STAKE AND HOW CPS AGENCIES THAT ARE CORRUPT OPERATE. The LCDSS is doing the same thing that caused Maya’s mother to take her own life.
TRY TO THINK HOW IT FEELS WHEN A CORRUPT AGENCY LIES, HAS YOU ARRESTED, AND KIDNAPS YOUR CHILDREN WITHOUT ANY CAUSE FOR DOING SO.
TRY TO IMAGINE THE PAIN OF LOSING DAYS AND WEEKS AND MONTHS OF THEIR LIVES WHILE CRIMINALS HOLD THEM FOR ADOPTION AND WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO SEE THEM.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO? I HAVE RESEARCHED THE LAW FOR MONTHS. I HAVE FILED A FEDERAL LAWSUIT. IT WILL NOT BE EASY, BUT RIGHT IS ON OUR SIDE.
THE LCDSS HAS UNLIMITED RESOURCES AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR. THEY DO WHATEVER THEY DECIDE TO DO.
