Regarding Carbon Fiber Fuel Tanks
Recently it has come to our attention on social media that there are some carbon fiber fuel tanks hitting the market currently.
While these tanks look great, Saldana Racing Products does not recommend using them, as they may not have been tested to the extent that our tanks have been. Bladders inside these tanks could be at higher risk of being punctured by pieces of the tank should it be damaged.
Our tanks can be painted (some places have even hydro-dipped them in the past) to get a unique, standout piece without compromising safety.

Saldana Racing Products to resume production of racing radiators, oil tanks, other aluminum products
Saldana Racing Products has re-acquired assets previously sold to Power Cool Systems and will be bringing the aluminum manufacturing business back to the Raceway Road location in Indianapolis.
Starting January 1st, 2022, customers will be able to order high-quality aluminum products directly from us, alongside our ever-popular fuel tank and bladder lines. Adding sprint, mini sprint, midget and drag racing radiators, oil tanks, valve covers and wheel wrenches back to our catalog will allow us to serve our customer’s needs from nose to tail.

The Real Deal
In the April 2020 issue of PRI magazine, it was erroneously reported that Joey Saldana owns and is building oil tanks under the Saldana Racing Products name.
Saldana Racing Products has been owned by Keith Wagoner since 1994.
SRP is alive and well, under Keith’s ownership, selling fuel tanks/bladders, radiators, oil tanks, valve covers and wheel wrenches like we have done for the last 24 years.
All of the original Saldana Racing Products radiators, oil tanks, valve covers and wheel wrenches are still being manufactured by the same people that have been building your products for the last 20 years. Anyone or anything that may insinuate otherwise is false.
