Re: Modified/corrected version of my May 21, 2018 “Immigration Reform, Amnesty and Verification Act of 2019”.
Dear Mr. President,
Enclosed you will find my modified/corrected proposal to reform major portions of our Immigration Policies and Laws. It is for the most part self-explanatory.
The first version was delivered to your office on May 29, 2018 at 4:04 AM.
I began working on this proposal long before there was even a glimmer of a hope of it being taken seriously by serious people. After your election, that all changed.
Given your position, your intellect, your compassion, your negotiating skills and your desire to have your administrations (yes, you will be re-elected) make historical changes to better our great nation and the world, you are uniquely qualified to make my Immigration Proposal a reality.
As a first generation Mexican-American, with a direct paternal history which once held a Spanish Land Grant equivalent to one sixth of present day central Texas, I now find myself compelled to make an effort to continue my family legacy of assisting “Legal Immigration”. After gaining its independence from Spain, my ancestors, now Mexicans, with friends such as Jim Bowie, Stephen F. Austin, Sterling C. Robertson and many other early “Tejanos”, were instrumental in establishing the circumstances and regulations under which Anglo-American migration was encouraged and initially came to what is now the great State of Texas.
One week after these documents are received by you, unless I am asked otherwise, I will begin to send copies of same to individuals who might assist me in moving this important project forward.
Respectfully and Most Sincerely, I place myself at your service,
Salvador J. Viesca
