What is Sattva Yoga?

Sattva Yoga is a wellness platform where we share the art of relaxation. We create an atmosphere which is conducive to connect to the idea of Yoga. Sattva Yoga offers you to realize your true potential. 

How do we do that?

We share the knowledge and techniques of the eternal art of Yoga. In our daily classes we practice meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), Asana & Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) to help calm the body and mind. In time this calmness becomes a way of life & flows naturally.

About Us

Alok Krishna and Francesca formed Sattva Yoga in 2021 with the intention to share the experiences and practices that have helped them on their journeys.

Sattva Yoga is their way to serve and give back to the community.

Yoga classes

9 - 10:30 am Monday, Wednesday & Friday

A morning Hatha Flow class, for all levels. Starting with Meditation & Pranayam before moving into Asana and finshing with Yoga Nidra (full body deep relaxation).
