The Architecture of SAC Studios is client and site driven.
We work closely with our clients to help them develop a design that works to ensure that their priorities drive the concept of the project. We present multiple design options to encourage discussion and help with the decision making process each step of the way. As general contractors, our understanding of the realities of the components that make up a building, and the ways and means of the construction allow us to bring valuable insight to the equation.
With site driven design, we are able to take environmental issues into consideration as we create buildings and spaces to ensure that the best sustainable practices are being considered. Consideration of sun/wind patterns and the proper use of fenestration and shading systems along with passive heating/cooling designs help ensure that homes are being designed efficiently.
Our experience with re-use in both remodel and restoration approaches, along with our experience in new construction provides the client with valuable information and tools as they set out on the path of living in Architecture.
