My Story
Hi! I'm Shira Josephson and I'm proud to be a Children's Hospital Los Angeles Junior Ambassador.
While I was touring the hospital during my first Junior Ambassador training, I found out that some kids are too sick to have visitors and I told my mom on our way home, that even though I can't visit them, I could be a friend to them by making videos of me reading books and sharing them online and then any kid that doesn't have someone to read them stories, can have a friend in me on a YouTube Channel, called,
Another way I love giving back to the patients and families of Children's Hospital Los Angeles is by raising money each year for the Annual CHLA ACTION DAY Fundraiser where I have written a book a year as my "Action."
All proceeds of my books go to
Children's Hospital Los Angeles
and are available for purchase on my website.
