Empowering you to Take Control of your SOMEDAY

Hello to all of my Someday Wellness fans, skeptics, and casual browsers. I am blessed to have you here! This page is all about encouraging you to make your someday right now. My mother spent her life always serving others, rarely making time for herself. We grew up always hearing her say things like, “Someday I’ll go on the trail ride…Someday, I’ll eat sit around and eat Bon Bons…Someday our house will be finished.” Someday this and someday that. For our mother, her someday was cut short. That’s why we are here to make sure no other mamas set themselves aside. We want you to live your best life, and to do that, you have to take care of yourself. A mom without “mom-time” is a mom that is burnt out, running ragged, and unable to be joyfully present with those she loves. So here I am: a mom in the midst of raising three boys, working a full-time job plus outside the hospital walls, living in my holy chaos, working to help others establish their confidence, wellness, own business, and loving every minute.

I am here for you. To inspire you. To guide you. To do the dirty work of seeking and sharing the answers to the questions that you don’t have the time or energy to find. I am here to share my favorite things that help me through mom life; products, prayer, meditation, gratitude, food, workouts and athletic wear. I am here to help those who want it build their brand, their business, create that digital empire to live the life they want. I want to build a friendship with and a tribe of chaos coordinators just like me!

But honestly, my number one purpose is that I simply want you to see the God and the good in each and every ugly, messy, unpredictable moment of womanhood. I want you to know that you are not alone in your struggles, and that I love that beautiful soul of yours just dying to bare its naked self to the world.
