Who we are
Geoffrey Rosenblatt, Founder and President
Geoffrey Rosenblatt has been involved in the construction industry for over 28 years. After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Construction Management, he started his professional career in Silicon Valley building major corporate campuses for 3COM, Microsoft, and Gap Inc. Following his commercial experience, he turned his attention to luxury residential construction, managing projects for some of the Bay Area’s best home builders. GAR Construction Management was born in 2006 when he realized that there was a need for an Owner’s Representative that understood the true needs of the client without compromising the vital relationships with the contractor and the architect. In 2018, GAR Construction Management became SPECTRE8.
