Tapas and Treasures 2019

The Rotary Club of Corvallis and Oregon Cascades West Senior Services Foundation are hosting Tapas and Treasures – a signature fundraiser for the Meals on Wheels program.

Meals on Wheels provides nutritious meals, socialization, and wellness checks for some of our most vulnerable neighbors. The program serves over 2,000 residents in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties.

Help us donate more meals and strengthen the program by registering, buying raffle tickets, and spreading the word to your friends, family, and contacts.

Event Tickets: $50.00
Raffle Tickets: $25.00 each or 5 for $100
Date and Time: July 12th from 5:00 - 8:00 pm
Event Location: Garland Nursery, 5470 NE Highway 20, Corvallis

The “tapas” will be by Valley Catering and there will be various “treasures” available during the raffle and live auction. Beverages will include offerings from 2 Towns Cider, Nectar Creek, Compton Family Wines, Sea 02 Wines, Lumos Wine Company, and Spindrift Cellars.

This year, Rotary’s fundraising goal is to provide over 1,000 meals. Each meal costs $10.00 and every registration helps us provide more support to our neighbors and community members.

More information about the “treasures” that will be raffled and auctioned off will be available as we get closer to the event. Raffle tickets can be purchased in advance with your online event registration, and will also be available at the event.

For more than 30 years, Meals on Wheels has provided nutritious, hot meals, as well as a connection to local seniors and those with disabilities, supporting independent living at home. The program reduces senior food insecurity and supports independent living by providing congregate and home-delivered meals, safety checks, and wraparound service referrals. Meals on Wheels provides more than a meal for our seniors and those living with a disability in our Region.

With your support, the program can focus less on fundraising and more on serving the most vulnerable citizens of our community.

The evening will include raffle items and a live auction.
