Hey Lady!

Following 20 years of working with and leading teams in London, UK, I’m now a business and career coach enabling women to fast track their careers.

Success is easy, when you know how!

After 20 years working as a finance professional, leading teams, sitting on senior leadership teams for start-ups, corporates and charities, I now help women fast track their careers and reach their six figure salary quickly.

After getting stuck with my career about 10 years in and trusting everyone around me, because I didn’t trust myself to make the next decision, I realised it wasn’t going to work to just hope bosses would recognise my talents.  I needed to gain more skills and learn how to communicate and showcase them better.

This mindset of learning and putting language around my offering really was the turning point in my career.  In fact, it led to me having confidence to freelance and pitch myself to employers and brands.

I’m the youngest of 3 sisters and believe in women helping women.  Odds are, wherever you are in your career, I’ve been there!

After a few false starts in my career, I found what keeps me on the path to fulfilment and began to follow it repeatedly.

I offer this formula so others can step out of the normal career trajectory and fast track career progression.

It’s important how I make money rather than how much money I make but life is easier when I can maxmise my disposable insome and have an oportunity to get my voice and ideas heard.  All this happened in conjunction with me reaching a six figure salary.

If I had to do my career again, knowing what I know now, I know I could cut out a lot of wasted time and head straight to the senior positions with the senior salary.  I have the blueprint to this plan.
