Your own private getaway

The Villa at Eleuthera is a newly renovated 9 bedroom 9 bathroom ocean front property on the beautiful island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas. This remarkable, one-of-a kind property is perched high atop a bluff, which allows it to have stunning, 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea.

Do Everything or do nothing at all

This very private property sits on just over 3 acres and has a real sense of privacy and seclution. Yet its only a short $5 boat ride away from Harbour island which offers all the tourism, restaurants, bars and night life. Perfectly situated to enjoy the best of both worlds.

This is the perfect retreat for a couple or a family. This small, yet very accommodating hotel has so many different room options, making it great for weddings, family reunions, or get togethers with friends. The rooms have a luxurious and romantic feel with everything that you need! Beds are extremely comfortable and the views from our room facing the ocean were absolutely spectacular! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation at the beach.

This property is perfect for truly enjoying the Bahamas in a local, relaxing way. The staff was super helpful and I felt very welcome. The rooms were great and had INCREDIBLE views. To be able to wake up and watch the sunrise and be able to have coffee while listening to the waves was truly special. It is also in a great location because you aren’t packed into a resort, but you almost feel like it is your home away from home. The location is also perfect to explore different areas of the island! I’m already planning my trip back!

I enjoyed a weeklong stay at this beautiful hotel perched at the top of a cliff overlooking the Atlantic (‘castle’ as it is often referred to by locals). A magical place to reunite with old friends where the Atlantic now separates us.

The refreshing cool breezes and breath-taking views I enjoyed from my terrace on my first morning instantly blew away professional and city-life stresses! By the afternoon, I was enjoying the tranquillity of idyllic beaches – some of the best I’ve visited in the Caribbean.

The property is under new management and is being totally redone - which gives it a new modern look and includes modern amenities for that inner chef! (NB There is a fantastic wine and beer store on the Island with a good selection of wine). For those lazy days, you will find a wonderful array of restaurants with local, and international, cuisine. Close by there is Daddy Joe’s – a quirky restaurant with tasty local cuisine and tropical cocktails and juices. It is also a stone’s throw away from a wonderful secluded beach facing the Caribbean sea ideal for small children (and for babies taking their first dip in the ocean – a memory I shared with my friend and her newborn!).

A huge thank you to all the staff who are very friendly and were quick to help with all our needs. I’d certainly go again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an exotic, picturesque and intimate place to share memories with loved ones!

What an incredible location!! Perched high on the cliffs with a commanding view of the ocean, sits this little piece of paradise. Imposing white walls set against a brilliant blue sky, a pool that overlooks the ocean, clean spacious rooms, friendly welcoming staff. Whale Point fits perfectly into the laid back vibe of this unpretentious and beautiful island. Easy access to surfing beaches on one side of the island and Caribbean calm on the other. Laid back, sea sprayed, tranquility. I would go back in a heartbeat.

You can see this hotel from the main road through Eleuthera and it’s so striking. It would be a great place for a wedding, family reunion, or other big group as it has such impressive views. We loved our stay - the people at the hotel and across the island were so friendly, and we loved the calm Eleuthera vibe. We had great access to the best beaches we had ever seen and some delicious meals. We would certainly come back!
