Welcome. I’m Sepideh Saremi, LCSW, a licensed psychotherapist + executive advisor supporting founders and business partners in their startup journeys, from the early stages to post-exit.

I’ve spent more than a decade teaching founders how to manage themselves so they can manage their companies better. My role boils down to helping everyone work well together for the good of both the business and their personal well-being.
