Lynn grew up in the heart of Toronto, and has spent most of her life in the city. She has roots in central Toronto including Allenby, Lawrence Park, Rosedale, Little Italy and Riverdale. Presently, she lives in Summerhill. As a life long Torontonian, Lynn has an intuitive sense of the city and its neighbourhoods.
Lynn became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in 1992 and received her Broker designation in 2000. Throughout her thirty years in the real estate industry, Lynn has consistently achieved "Top Producer" status. During this time she has earned the respect and admiration from the top tier of Toronto Real Estate Professionals, and is highly regarded by her peers and clients.
Lynn studied Visual Arts at Western University in London, Ontario, graduating with an Honours Bachelor of Arts and went on to do post graduate studies at the Banff School of Fine Arts, followed by six years working as freelance graphic designer in Toronto during the 1980s. The expertise Lynn has gained through her practical and academic endeavours, in both art and design, has contributed significantly to her understanding and love, for unique urban dwellings and architecture.
