Our goal is to melt the fat away.  In the personal training session, I offer intense full body workouts using resistance, HIIT, balance and stretching exercises.  Because your body is unique, we will develop a fitness plan specifically for you that is tailored to meet your individual needs.

Power Yoga

Turn stress into sweat. Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice.  It has many of the same qualities and benefits of Ashtanga yoga.  This practice builds internal heat, increases stamina and flexibility, as well as strengthens, balances and detoxifies the entire body and mind.  Get ready to sweat and feel great!

Ballet Barre works on creating an elongated, lean and fit physique using Barre workout techniques.  These techniques use a combination of ballet, yoga, pilates and dance to effectively help you achieve the toning, shaping and elasticity of your muscles without bulking.  Barre based exercise techniques will help you achieve any weight loss goal while giving you the body style of an athletic, lean-figured dancer.

About Me

About Me

I am a certified in-home personal trainer through NCCPTIBBFATRX, a yoga instructor through YA, and a certified holistic health coach through IIN.  I come from a performing arts background where I danced in shows and companies both in the Bay Area and Las Vegas.  I have always loved fitness, dance and nutrition.  Figuring out a way to mesh the three has been a journey.  Although I have always been fit and healthy, as a young adult, I had some medical issues, which led me to be more proactive about my health.  I stumbled into the world of nutrition and have since become a firm believer, that to see results, one must devote themselves to eating healthy as well as develop a fitness regimen.  In recent years, I, myself, have been through rehabilitative services and am familiar with proper techniques and protocols to help you get to the life you want sooner. 

I am so excited to now be able to share my passions with everyone. The program is a mix of my extensive background in dance and fitness.  I incorporate both into the workouts.  The idea behind it all is to get people moving and enjoying the workout; while improving strength, flexibility, physique and well being.  It is not just about looking amazing, but also feeling beautiful, healthy and confident on the inside and out.  I am happy to introduce you to a unique way of fitness.
