To notice what happens in us and around us; to absorb all the parts of life. It is my intention, through the practice of yoga, to support students in finding pause and appreciating life’s moments as they are.

Natalie SchusterNatalie’s love and practice of yoga extends beyond the physical aspects into all the limbs of yoga. She seeks to appreciate small moments, extend kindness and gratitude towards others, and take time to look inward and pause. Her physical practice roots from hatha traditions, focusing on finding the position in a pose that is right for each person's individual body. Natalie received her 200-hour certification in Integrative Yoga Therapy at Inner Light Yoga Studios in 2017. She is affiliated with Yoga Journal and YogaAlliance.
