Affordable luxury is often thought of as an oxymoron, however we have found a way to build and renovate that balances performance and craftsmanship with cost and quality. By bridging the gap between luxury and builder-grade, we provide our customers with an opportunity to indulge without breaking the bank. In short, we spend where it matters and conserve where we can.

Subcontractors are welcome to apply, however insurances are required to be active while working with Two Sons Construction. No exceptions.
Do you build new homes?
Yes. We have a selection of house plans that we build throughout Northeast North Carolina. Our models were designed to meet our rigorous standards and to ensure that the finished product is worthy of our name. We believe that a good name is to be chosen.
Do you renovate existing homes?
Yes. While most of our renovation work is focused on serving government agencies and meeting their needs, we will work on a private home. If you have a home renovation project in need of our expertise, then please reach out. While we are not the least expensive contractor in the area, we will ensure that your project is completed in accordance with our standards of work.
Do you build custom homes?
Yes. We will consider building a custom home, however please know that since building a custom home requires client and builder to work and walk beside each other for a significant amount of time, we choose our clients as much as our clients choose us. A Custom Two Sons Home is a legacy for its owners and us.
If we decide not to build your custom home, we can refer you to a builder who will.
Would you build one of your models on our lot?
Yes. We will build one of our models on your lot. We can even work with a local draftsman who can customize our floorplans to meet any specific needs you have.
Do you sell home and lot packages?
Yes. We have access to several off-market lots throughout Northeast North Carolina, and we are happy to show you a potential homesite. If that location fits your needs, then we’ll pick out a floor plan, discuss options, write a contract, and begin building your next home. Semi-custom homes currently take about 5 months to complete once a contract has been signed.
Do you offer financing for home renovation projects?
Yes. Working with our financial partners, we are able to offer competitive financing rates on home renovation projects, though customers do not need to use our financing partners. We are happy to work with you and your financing partner if all other considerations align.
