About Ulises

Ulises “Uli” Calatayud is a practitioner and teacher of Meditation, Breathwork, Yoga Philosophy + Asana, Tantra, Reiki, and more. After a successful 17 year career as an international executive (VP of Sales at Reuters), Uli dedicated himself fully for the last 35 years to helping people become the best versions of themselves through a holistic and integrative approach. Today, Uli leads retreats and classes around the world and online for his students as well as client organizations with an intuitive approach, implementing multiple modalities and ways of approaching wellness in the workspace or everyday in your home life for the mind, body, and soul.

Creating a heart-led lifestyle of love and ease can be as simple as implementing daily tools and rituals that help you be the best version of yourself.

I help busy & stressed out individuals step into their balanced, strong, calm selves & develop mind, body & soul rituals at home to ultimately create a lifestyle of simple healthy daily habits, so they can be in control of their situations and not let the situation overwhelm them.

Most human beings have not learned how to fully use our body, mind, imagination, breath, and feelings… to express our true nature in most aspects of what a Human life is. Thus, we are removed from living our lives masterfully. This results in suffering on many levels: Physical, emotional, social, mental, financial…

Mastery of life can transform our lives, regardless of who we are, where we are, what we have or not, what we know or not. It brings balance, joy, and harmony to all aspects of our being. In my experience, this is a gradual move towards well-being physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

The Vision

 The feeling of flow, freedom, waves of bliss, overflowing love, vitality, and peace… and it is the knowing that this is something all human beings can experience that has driven my actions for more than two decades of sharing what I have learned from my own teachers.

An Integrative, Intuitive, and Holistic Approach

Ulises’ teachings include many modalities incorporating over 25 years of experience and deep knowledge and lineage in yoga, meditation, breath work reiki, self hypnosis, and so much more. By design, we encourage you to explore what works for your personal healing journey in a holistic way – how deep do you want to go into each modality if it sparks your interest is in your agency and power to choose. Deeper spirituality can only come from taking care of all aspects of yourself.

We like to go deep

We believe working with all aspects of the Body, Mind, and Soul must be considered for any shifts or lasting transformations to happen. For instance, the Body needs to be healthy, in-balance/in-flow/integrated/regulated in order to reach a deeper state of meditation. Once your prana (life force energy) is activated and moving through, you may also need to direct it in order to make the most of it.

Practice and the rest will come

Mastery of Life can only be achieved through practice. To develop the discipline of practice, i.e. to joyfully and eagerly await when we have a chance to practice again, we need enthusiasm. For this, I have seen that the techniques have to be natural, simple, and accessible to everyone, and they should awaken enthusiasm frequently through experiencing and feeling the effect of using them.
Practice is about showing up for yourself on the daily, and building the spaciousness to practice and ritualize your life that will lead to creating the enthusiasm that will inspire deep connections, whether that be with yourself or with others.
