Meet Lilith
Teenagers can be tough cases when it comes to diagnosing depression, and parents may not feel equipped to help. “Is that how all teens act?” they wonder. How can teens, their parents, and those around them tell the difference between normal youth angst and dangerous mental health challenges? Let a peer who’s been there and back shed a light on this devastating disease.

My goal is to reach as many people as possible to inform them about teen mental health struggles, how I’ve overcome them and helped others in their journeys, and how to be confident while discovering their authentic self. I use personal experiences, what I’ve learned along the way, and what other youth have shared to effectively educate teens, young adults, parents, school administrators, and others on this tough subject that still holds a strong stigma in society today.

Authentic Confidence: How to Build and Maintain a Positive Mind and Body
There’s been one challenge I’ve seen from the hundreds of teens and young adults I’ve spoken one-on-one with that I haven’t been able to stop thinking about. That challenge is a lack of self-worth. So, I developed this talk to specifically target the main causes and effects of this terrible state of mind. In it, I break down the three areas of confidence, physical, verbal, and interior, and demonstrate practical strategies for building confidence in each one. My goal with this talk is to not only equip them to improve their self-worth and mental health challenges but to also give them tools they can use for the rest of their lives.
