What is Reiki?
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a life-long spiritual practice and an energy healing method that originated in Japan. Reiki is a healing energy therapy where ki (also called chi, prana, or universal life force energy) is transmitted through the hands of the practitioner to the person receiving the session.
During a Reiki session, all your chakras, the aura, and energy centers in the body and the emotional and spiritual energy bodies are balanced and energized. Leaving you with a peaceful, calm, and centered feeling. Reiki is natural and holistic and helps your body, mind, emotions, and spirit reach their natural balance.
Reiki healing is usually an hour-long process, similar to a personalized meditation. It moves you through many emotional and energetic obstacles from this lifetime and previous lifetimes your soul has lived.
Reiki is guided by YOUR intention to change, giving you the energy needed to bring healing into your life NOW.
