Miracle Treat Day 2021
Children, especially those battling injury and illness, hold a special place in the hearts of all of us, and as a community it is our obligation to aid these children in any way we can. In this spirit, Dairy Queen® restaurants across the country in communities like ours host “Miracle Treat Day” every year.
On “Miracle Treat Day” (Thursday, October 28th) we donate a minimum of $1 from the sale of each of our world-famous Blizzard Treats and accept monetary donations for this wonderful cause.

CHC Surpasses $250k in Funds Raised for CMNH
As of April 1st, Commonwealth Hospitality Corp. has raised more than $250,000 for Children’s Miracle Network and UVA Children’s Hospital. Funds were raised over the last ten years with the help of our crews and communities through efforts like Round Up for Kids and Miracle Treat Days.
We are proud to support such a wonderful hospital and staff who make such a difference in the lives of children and families in the Shenandoah Valley.
Top Curl 2021 Recap
Congratulations to Taylor, this year’s CHC Top Curl Winner from Bridgewater! Taylor and our other Top Curlers showed of their amazing skills and speed this morning and took home cash prizes for their efforts. We are so very proud of their commitment to making beautiful and tasty treats for our Fans!

Rotisserie-style Chicken Bites arrive 12/28
CHC restaurants will roll out new Rotisserie-style Chicken Bites on Monday! Sold in baskets or a la carte in sums of six and eight pieces, the tender morsels are perfectly paired with our house made ranch. The grilled bites are an exciting new addition to our chicken offerings, again securing DQ’s place as a QSR leader in the chicken category.
Candle Collection Benefits CMNH
The DQ® Fall Blizzard® Treat Candle Collection is back for a second year! Created to drive media and fan excitement, the candles will be available for $25 per set of six starting Thursday, Sept. 3 at 2 p.m. CDT – DQCandleCollection.com. All proceeds will be donated to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® (CMNH).

At DQ we’re celebrating 80 years of HAPPY with a playful twist on classic birthday flavors! On June 18th we’ll introduce the Piñata Party Blizzard treat!
This birthday bash in a cup features pink confetti icing and confetti cake pieces, blended with creamy soft serve and colorful cake batter flavored stars hidden inside! And no birthday is complete without whipped topping and a sprinkling of edible glitter!
