Votetek is a voting system for Toastmasters District Council meetings, District Executive Committee meetings, and other groups that need online voting capabilities without the need for paying lots of money.
We handle Toastmasters-style registation for District Council meetings. From a list of available District Council members, we provide credentials registration functionality that adheres to Toastmasters proxy rules. Each DC member will receive a unique link allowing them to register with the online credentials portal.
Each member of the voting body will receive a unique voting link allowing them to join the online voting process whether they are sitting on home watching the District Countil meeting on Zoom or sitting in a conference room with the rest of the DC and voting from their mobile device.
The Credentials Chair can monitor the registration and voting process through a simple interface. The dashboard includes the ability to upload members eligible to vote, setting the time and date to open voting, monitoring who has and hasn't register, determining a quorum, adding new voting questions, and calculating the result of votes.
The Credentials Chair can quickly create private links for non-voting observers so they can monitor the vote per Toastmasters Governing Documents.
