We already have everything we need inside of ourselves to access our true potential. Because of exterior or interior circumstances, whether it's pathogens or a stressful environment, a bereavement or the wear and tear of age, our natural equilibrium is thrown off. Many of us lose our ability to reach a state of true physical, mental and emotional harmony in our daily lives, let alone maintain it.
With the ancient healing art of acupuncture, hair-thin needles are consciously inserted in specific locations, re-aligning our mechanism to its natural state, and enabling our bodies, minds and emotions to flow in harmony.
I integrate various arts of acupuncture using specialised, rapid needling techniques to re-align your body's natural state of harmony in whichever area it may be needed. My expertise in different needling techniques makes the experience non-invasive, pleasant and smooth. Often you will enter into a deep state of relaxation and even sleep.
I am qualified in Acupuncture Micro-systems, including Auricular-, Facial-, Scalp-, Hand- and Foot acupuncture. I am qualified in Master Tung Body acupuncture, TCM 8-Principle acupuncture and Musculoskeletal acupuncture. My training has been through an apprenticeship, so I have been learning the realities of clients and practice since Day 1 as a student and practitioner. I have been practicing acupuncture since 2018. I am insured by Balens for all qualified practices.
My treatments are effective in providing balance in different ways. Mentally, physically, and emotionally.
I run a successful community clinic with up to 5 treatments congruently. I also offer 1-1 sessions at the Yuan Clinic in London. I have now expanded to work in Hastings and St Leonards On Sea, where I do group sessions and 1-1 sessions.
I am also a certified Trainer in NADA. The NADA protocol is an incredible, quick, non-verbal treatment that is proven to be effective in treating trauma-related conditions, including addictions, depression, anxiety, and much much more. I am passionate about the impact these 5 detoxification points make on every client, and giving the tools to each student to deliver this powerful treatment in a confident and healing way. With a background in Training and Development, I have over 15 years' experience in providing a safe, fun and empowering learning experience to adults and children. I support the improvement of a wide range of conditions, whether it's musculoskeletal, auto-immune, psycho-emotional, in a chronic or acute phase. Acupuncture needles are applied to various meridian channels and holograms sending a clear, repetitive energetic message to your body. For the most effective and non- invasive results, I integrate different systems and use a lightning quick non-invasive technique. Relaxation Acupuncture
Excellent for relaxation, detoxing, for physical ailments, to clear addictions, pain relief and much more.
I apply the specialised Flying Needle Technique in the ears, face, scalp, possibly hands and feet for the smoothest, most rapid and least invasive experience.
I also practice Qi-needling, an intuitive form of needling, tuning in what your energetic body is communicating.

NADA Protocol Training
With more than 10 years' experience in Training & Development, and 5 years supporting John Tindall's Microsystems courses at the Yuan College of Acupuncture, I have developed a passion in guiding students to find confidence and tools to give a powerful acupuncture treatment. With 5 simple points in the ear, the NADA protocol is a proven and effective technique in detoxifying the body, relaxing and re-balancing the autonomic nervous system. It is an extremely effective and non-invasive, non-verbal approach to helping service users and people experiencing imbalances across all walks of life.
