Brandi (she/her) Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Healer, and Owner of Wildflower Wellness LLC.

Brandi grew up in Atlanta and attended college in Chicago, IL at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago where she earned her bachelors in Art Education k-12. She worked as an art educator for young children for several years before earning her massage therapy degree. She earned her Massage Therapy certification from Gwinnett College of Sandy Springs.

She felt compelled to learn the art of massage without a true understanding of her personal “why”. The more she learned about holistic options to address pain and posture in a successful and gentle approach, it made her realize fully that this was her life’s work.

Her passion is to guide her clients through self healing using clinical modalities as well as energetic and subtle modalities. She is a clinical neuromuscular therapist who believes that addressing the functionality of muscles and fascia is only a small portion of what it means to “Heal”. With consistent, thoughtful, and intentional work, she is confident that we can decrease pain, improve posture, increase range of motion, and improve muscle functionality.

Fascia is a crucial component to understanding why you might be having limited range of motion in your joints, poor posture, even chronic pain that seems to just never go away no matter how many massages or chiropractic adjustments you get. Fascia must be treated differently than muscle tissue. Facia is also the link between the physical and subtle energetic bodies. Her approach almost, if not always, involves Myofascial release techniques.

Bonnie Subey LMT (she/her) is an Atlanta transplant with over 6 years of professional massage experience.  Her informal training began much earlier: As a child she would give massages to her mother who had health complications, which started her on this journey.  She has always had an interest in helping and empowering others, and is guided by an intuitive sense alongside her passion for learning about practical ways to improve body function and help people feel better.

In addition to her massage training, she draws from her experience as a professional West Coast Swing dancer & instructor and her graduate studies in Health and Human Performance.  She is also currently practicing as a life coach, helping people understand their mind-body connection.

Bonnie's massage work combines elements of Swedish, deep tissue, stretching, and myofascial release techniques to gently relieve tension and increase function.  Above all, she believes in listening to the client and their body to direct the session.  She can't wait to work with you!
