IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTParents, please check Skyward for missing assignments. It seems that I'm working harder to get students to turn in assignments than they are getting them completed and turned in. Students with missing assignments have until the end of the school day FRIDAY (4/26/24) to get them turned in; otherwise, they will be entered into the reading grade book as a zero. Snow LeopardSnow leopards live in the mountains in central Asia. It's cold, dry, and rocky. The snow leopards predators are people and wolves. Snow leopards are going extinct because of people hunting and they're loosing habitats. People are helping the snow leopards by stopping illegal trade. The snow leopards need food, thick fur, and adaptation to survive. The snow leopards needs are not being met because they are having to go to different habitats and are not able to find food. The cause of endangerment is because humans and nature. Here are ways the extinction can change the environment. Herbivore population would increase, resulting in change to the vegetation, also affecting other wildlife that live in these areas....
